WELCOME
GTL Sessions is a new event in the live touring industry market. Now in our third year, GTL brings together Tour Managers and Tour Service Suppliers from around the world. For 2026 we’ll be heading to a new destination, the Higuerón Hotel Málaga, a luxury five-star resort on Spain’s southern coast.
GTL Sessions is a chance to connect, network, and discuss important topics affecting touring life. With TM’s at all levels of their careers, the event offers a space to build relationships that can last a lifetime. It also provides opportunities to find mentors within the industry who can help guide you through your career, while forming partnerships with Tour Service Suppliers that help ease the stresses of tour planning.
SPEED+SYNC
Our Speed+Sync Sessions are quick 1:1 meetings between Tour Service Suppliers and Tour Managers, they can be utilised as a time to showcase your services, a continuation of conversations and topics from our Social sessions, or can be taken as an opportunity to just find out more about one another.
How do we curate Speed+Sync?
Delegates of GTL Sessions will be asked to provide proof of their upcoming tours and collaborations with artists to secure their place at the event.
Suppliers pick a wish list of their Top 5 meetings, while also providing criteria for the remainder of their meetings.
SYMPOSIA
Covering a wide range of topics, our Symposia Sessions are designed to give you short insights into the world of live touring. From educating everyone about mental health on the road, to the virtual future of touring, these topics provide ice breakers for the Speed + Sync Sessions, along with providing a platform to discuss best practices within the industry.
SUSTENANCE
Designed to allow you to regenerate, recuperate and relax in beautiful surroundings. Our Sustenance sessions offer you the opportunity to enjoy the local area, catch up on emails or enjoy some downtown at the spa.
SOCIAL
Each evening we will come together as friends to unwind and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Helping you solidify the long-lasting relationships formed during the event and gives you the opportunity to strike up new friendships and swap contacts with your fellow attendees.
